Economical austenitic stainless steel pipe, showing superior performance in mildly corrosive environments. HYT 202 pipes are made using precision cold rolling technology, with high surface finish, suitable for civil fields such as interior decoration, furniture manufacturing, and food processing equipment. While maintaining basic anti-rust properties, it provides a more cost-effective solution.
A model of industrial-grade general-purpose stainless steel pipes. The HYT 304 series has excellent formability and welding performance, and the L-type low-carbon formula effectively prevents the precipitation of welding carbides. The solution-treated pipe body is widely recognized in chemical equipment, heat exchange systems, building curtain walls and other fields, and its surface passivation film can resist the erosion of most organic and inorganic acids.
Specialized pipe for high-temperature conditions. The alloy ratio with a chromium content of up to 25% gives the HYT 310 series excellent antioxidant ability and maintains stable performance in a high temperature environment of 1150ºC. It is particularly suitable for thermal systems such as heat treatment equipment, industrial kiln components, and radiation tubes. The S-type ultra-low carbon version significantly improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion.
The benchmark for marine-grade corrosion-resistant pipes. The HYT 316 series with 2-3% molybdenum elements shows super strong pitting resistance in chloride environments. The L-type low-carbon version is specially optimized for welding processes and is the preferred pipe in the fields of shipbuilding, seawater desalination, coastal chemical industry, etc. Its pitting corrosion equivalent PREN value is above 26.
Titanium-stabilized austenitic pipe. By adding titanium elements to effectively control the precipitation of chromium carbide, HYT 321 pipes are particularly suitable for high-temperature operating environments in the range of 400-900ºC. Widely used in thermal circulation systems such as aircraft engine exhaust pipes and petrochemical cracking units, its intergranular corrosion resistance reaches the highest level of ASTM A312 standard.
Martensitic hardening practical pipe. HYT 410 can obtain a hardness value of up to 40HRC through heat treatment. On the premise of ensuring basic corrosion resistance, it is particularly suitable for wear-resistant parts, pump valve components, tool manufacturing and other fields. The inner and outer surfaces of the polished pipe body can reach Ra0.8μm finish.
Super austenitic special pipe. The high alloy formula with a nickel content of 25% makes HYT 904L perform well in strong corrosive media such as concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. The microstructure uniformity is ensured by the triple annealing process, and it is specially designed for harsh environments such as pharmaceutical equipment, chemical reactors, and flue gas desulfurization systems.
A new generation of high-strength corrosion-resistant pipes. The austenite-ferrite duplex structure makes HYT 2205 have both high strength (yield strength ≥ 450MPa) and excellent stress corrosion resistance. It is particularly suitable for submarine pipelines, oil and gas transportation, papermaking cooking equipment and other fields. Its chloride ion corrosion resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary 316L.
The pinnacle of super duplex stainless steel pipes. HYT 2507 with a PREN value of more than 40 adopts a 25Cr-7Ni-4Mo alloy system and exhibits excellent performance in high temperature and high pressure corrosion environments. The GTAW welding process ensures phase balance in the weld zone, which is the ultimate solution for seawater hydraulic systems, FGD scrubbers, and chemical high-pressure pipelines.
