Q: Does HYT's titanium alloy tube comply with ASTM B338 or AMS 4911 standards? Can you provide material certification?
A: Yes, HYT's titanium alloy tube strictly follows international standards such as ASTM B338 (industrial grade) and AMS 4911 (aerospace grade). We provide a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) for each batch of products, including chemical composition, mechanical properties and test data. Special requirements (such as 3.1/3.2 material certificates) can be customized.
Q: How to ensure the corrosion resistance and high temperature performance of titanium alloy tubes?
A: We optimize material properties through vacuum annealing and solution treatment, and provide:
Salt spray test report (such as ASTM B117, 500 hours of rust-free)
High temperature creep test data (applicable to boiler/heat exchanger scenarios)
Q: Does HYT have aviation or medical industry certification?
A: HYT has AS9100D (aviation) and ISO 13485 (medical) certifications, and key processes have passed NADCAP heat treatment audits. The products have been applied in the fields of aircraft hydraulic pipelines and orthopedic implants.
Q: Are conventional specifications in stock? How long is the delivery time for custom orders?
A: Standard specifications (such as Φ25mm×2mm) are always in stock and shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders are delivered in 6-8 weeks (including testing time), and urgent needs can be expedited to 4 weeks (+15% fee).
