Audited by an independent third-party inspection agency
HYT supplies seamless carbon and alloy steel pipes for pressure piping, oil and gas transmission, power generation, chemical processing and general industrial service.
Each inquiry is reviewed according to the buyer's required standard, steel grade, dimensions, quantity, end finish, surface condition and inspection requirements. HYT then coordinates suitable mill, stock or processing resources and confirms the applicable supply conditions before quotation.
Standards: ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS and applicable ASME requirements
Dimensions: NPS or OD, wall thickness or Schedule, and required length
End Options: Plain, beveled, threaded or coupled when applicable
Processing: Cutting, beveling, threading, surface protection and marking
Documents: MTC, additional testing and third-party inspection when specified
Standards, Grades and Pipe Dimensions
Seamless steel pipe should be selected according to the applicable product standard, steel grade, piping code and intended service. Pipes with similar dimensions or grade names are not automatically interchangeable because their chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat-treatment condition, testing and acceptance requirements may differ.
HYT reviews the required standard, grade, NPS or outside diameter, wall thickness or Schedule, length and inspection scope with suitable supply resources. The buyer's purchase specification and approved technical requirements remain the final basis for supply.
